Q: If I purchase something too big to take home with me, do you deliver? A: Sure! In fact, if you live within a 25 mile radius, we'll deliver & set it up free.
Q: If I see something I like, can I get it unfinished? A: Certainly! Most everything we build is available in the finish of your choice, including No Finish.
Q: How long does it take to get a custom piece built? A: That's a tough one to answer. It naturally depends on what the particular piece is. We strive to try to meet your requirements as long as they are reasonable, and possible. On average, we can generally complete almost any project in three to four weeks once we agree on the specifications.
Q: What kind of wood do you use? A: For our "outdoor" products, we use mostly cypress and cedar for their sheer lasting qualities. For any other product we can use whatever species you prefer. The choice of wood species also depend on availability.
Q: Do you guarantee your products? A: Absolutely! We take great pride in making our customers happy. If there are any defects in any of the materials we use, or our workmanship, we'll gladly replace or repair the product to your total satisfaction.
